Launch of ITG Premium Support
To our valued Clients:
IT Guidance Inc. is pleased and excited to announce the launch of Premium Support, a project designed to extend the technical support services so often needed by our clients right into their home or office. When you joined the IT Guidance Inc. family you were introduced to our very own down to earth approach for assisting with computer problems. With our new Premium Support Service, we can be there to further assist you with all your computing troubles.
Due to many client referrals, our client base has grown and in fairness to all our valued clients, we have developed a service, which provides you with the dedicated support you need and deserve. This new service will meet or exceed the needs of our clients.
What is the cost?
Annual contract - $180.00; paid monthly - $15.00 per month
Pay as you go - $2.00 per minute
What is included in the subscription price?
Each subscriber will receive telephone and remote support services for their computer that uses Windows 98 or newer operating systems.
What is not included in the subscription price?
Computer parts, network parts, software, and problems requiring a technician to visit you on-site.
Support services that require IT Guidance Inc. to use or have access to Network Administrator rights.
What are the hours of Service?
Monday - Friday 07:00-22:00 ,
Saturday/Sunday 10:00-16:00 (excluding holidays)
Onsite support hours are:
Monday - Sunday 09:00-21:00 (excluding holidays)
On those occasions when the problem cannot be resolved on the phone or by the current support representative, and with your approval, we can schedule a time for a technician to visit your home or business to fix the problem. You can also request a second level of support where a technician will contact you a second time and continue the support.
Some computer related problems simply cannot be resolved over the phone; they require onsite support and troubleshooting. IT Guidance will continue to deliver technical services to you in your environment in a timely and efficient manner. Charges for onsite support will continue to be charged as before.
