IT Guidance was founded on four core principles:

1) IT Support should not cost "an arm and a leg".

2) Quality IT Support should be readily available whether you operate a home office, small business or corporation.

3) All IT Support must be explained to the client in a manner that is easy to understand.

4) IT Support where possible must educate.
